I’ve always had a love of Italy. The people, language, food and especially the varied landscape. In October 2020 I spent 10 days touring around Tuscany, up early for sunrise, with valleys filled with early morning mist. During the day exploring the beautiful hill towns and then waiting for sunset. The vast expansive skies look amazing with big clouds and incredible back lit during sunset. With the European pandemic’s second wave in full flow, many typical tourist places were empty and Italy was placed back on to the quarantine list so I managed to return back to the UK just in time.
