For many street photography can be a daunting genre. Shoot your subjects from a distance and the narrative can look disjointed. Ask your subjects permission and you risk unpleasant rejection or if granted they may start over posing. Finding that middle ground can be tricky. Many of the images below are from my trips to Asian countries where street photography is not only easier but the interesting characters are in abundance.
